Welcome to Associates International (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our B2B online storefront (“Storefront”) and all orders placed through it. By accessing or using our Storefront, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Storefront is intended solely for business-to-business transactions.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a legal entity (company, organization, or institution) and have the authority to bind that entity.
Customers may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete business information.
Orders placed through the Storefront constitute an offer to purchase products/services.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those with incorrect pricing or stock availability.
Prices are listed in Dollars and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to carrier.
The Customer is responsible for any import/export duties, customs clearance, or local compliance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the products/services.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
All trademarks, logos, product names, and content on the Storefront are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.
Customer is granted no rights or licenses except as necessary to use purchased products.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed during the business relationship.
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and import restrictions.
Products may not be resold to prohibited territories or entities.
The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Storefront after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
